Since a few people noticed that rapidRTConform should have a flip normal functionality,
I have created one. Now if the normals of your base object looking away from the target, you just have to click the “flipped” checkbox and voila. You don’t have to flip your normals manually.

Tiny improvements! – literaly
- Fast Boolean operations without using compound object.
- hardwareTextureToggle, which let’s you turn on or off all of the hardware viewport textures.
(Use it with care, it may crash max if there are too many textures)
- Fast Open directory simply opens the directory, where you have your max file opened.
Now you have two options for the rapidTools menu when you are installing. The categorized, which puts every script into it’s category sub-menu or single list view. rapidToolsMenuGenerator still exist if you decided to put the menu on to the menu bar though, or if you want to change to the other view.

Since I had a lot to do in the last few month, I wasn’t able to update the rapidTools toolset as I wanted, but since all the current projects has ended, I think will have more time, to make updates and put new features into the package.

I have written an email to Arrimus and we just thought to the exact same thing. Why not automated? :) So this is one thing that I’m planning to put into the package.
A few words: Arrimus has created insane ammount of tutorials, and released them on his youtube channel which you can find here. You can find hard surface and organic modeling, zbrush tutorials and other useful things there like rigging and texturing. I very recommend it. :)

Rewriting math heavy parts of the tools in C++, to gain a massive performance boost.

Long time no update!
Since I’m on a holiday recently, I decided to make some corrections on the scripts I made before. I found a couple of bugs on certain scripts while I used them on recent projects. A couple of times I found them very annoying to use because of these errors, so here are the solutions, that solves these problems.
UPDATE: if you didn’t do it so far, please download the package again, since I made a mistake, and an older WIP level version of rapidQCap has been uploaded. Now I removed the bad version, and uploaded the properly working version of rapidTools.
