Once you register to the website, we are asking your for the following data:

  • Company Name if you are a company

These data are necessary to create your invoice. The invoice is generated through Billingo.hu which is compatible with the Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administrations VAT system. Without that, this website would not be able to run legally. All these data will be shared with the Billingo system.

We are also using your E-Mail address to make possible the Software Licensing System running. This system has been developed by WooCommerce. I also have to notice, that if you delete your account from our system, you are not going to be able to activate your softwares again. Also I’m using Google Analytics, which will track you on my website, and collects data about where you are currently on my website. Also this means that it collects IP addresses to determine where are you browsing from (country).

The newsletter also uses tracking, but it’s not IP address based, it collects data about the amount of e-mail openings, but nothing else.
