Octopus v1.19

Hello my fellow users!

Here is a quick update for Octopus containing 3 VERY IMPORTANT fixes:

• FIXED – Now the repeat last spinner using the moddle mouse button works correctly, even with modifiers
• FIXED – Now OnHold with spinners are working correctly.
• FIXED – If an Octopus XML is missing, it gives a Warning instead of crashing Octopus.

All of them are stability related and were really annoying, because they lead to unexpected behaviors.
Now all of them are fixed and you will never ever have to face them again. :)
